Nottingham Forest eyeing goalkeeper and winger in double January deal

Jordan Smith has been the main man between the sticks but Warburton is keen to bring in Bettinelli from Fulham to improve competition for places in that department.

The 25-year-old resisted the chance to join Chelsea or Bristol City in the summer transfer window to stay and play for Fulham but he has been out of favour so far this term, playing just three games in all competitions, including two in the Sky Bet Championship.

This could mean that he is tempted to move to The City Ground with more game time a possibility.

Lewis Morgan is another target.

The 21-year-old winger is considered to be one of the best talents in Scotland after impressing in the second tier north of the border.
